Caroline has held senior roles leading divorce and family law departments at a number of UK law firms and has also served in an advisory capacity for the Citizens Advice Bureau in Berkshire.
In 1988, she was personally recruited by Lord Digby Jones (former Minister of Trade & Industry and former Director General of the CBI) to join Edge & Ellison, one of Birmingham’s top four law firms at the time.
In 1995, Caroline made headlines in the newspapers Click here for newspaper article for being in one of the first law firms in Bracknell, Berkshire to be granted legal aid franchise awards in divorce and family law cases. These awards were a seal of approval from the Legal Services Commission (formerly Legal Aid Board) for quality of service.
